🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Gadgets for Home

At Gadgets for Home, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since we deal in home gadgets, most of our products are non-returnable. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

📦 Return Policy

All products are non-returnable.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product

The product is defective or not working

💡 Important: To be eligible for return, you must share a proper unboxing video clearly showing:

The package being opened from sealed condition

The issue (damage, wrong item, or defect)

The full product and packaging

No return will be accepted without an unboxing video.

🕒 Return Request Timeframe

You must raise the return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

If your return is approved after review, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer. You must provide valid payment details for this.
