💡 Important Payment Guidelines
All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order, unless using COD.

You will receive payment confirmation via SMS, email, or Shoopy app notification.

❌ Failed or Cancelled Payments
If your payment fails but money is debited, it is usually refunded automatically within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider.
If the order is cancelled before shipping, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
📦 For COD Orders
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusals of COD orders may lead to blocking of COD option for your account.
